What is online coaching?
Online computer coaching is provided to individuals and groups up to 10 in a variety of pre-defined modules. Personal
online coaching provides the student with exactly what is needed.
How does it work?
Once a date and time for online coaching has been scheduled, an email is sent to the individual students or group with
a link and access number to a website. A phone number is also provided in order to link all students together.
How do I connect to the online classroom?
Simply click on the link provided in the email on your high speed internet connection. You will be asked to install an
applet onto your computer. This is a safe applet that connects you to the meeting. No personal information is taken from your
computer. You will be asked to enter your name, email address and meeting ID number in order to 'take a seat' in the class.
Call the number on your phone that is provided in the email and announce yourself when prompted. (See
Guides Below)
What will I see on my computer screen?
The meeting will proceed with my screen simulated on your computer. While on the phone and watching your computer screen,
you will be provided with computer training in this virtual environment.
Can I demonstrate my particular questions on my computer?
Yes, I have the capability of 'switching' to your computer screen making you the 'Presenter'. If there are other students
in this online coaching session, they will also see your computer screen.
Can I ask questions during the class?
Yes! Of Course! Just as if you were in a conference with a demonstration, this class will provide step by step instructions.
As a matter of fact, each student is offered the opportunity to demonstrate what they have learned - the 'controls' of the
meeting can be passed on to any student attending the online computer course, allowing everyone else to see their screen!
